Cancellation Policy

Booking Policies (apply to all sew-in services) New clients: A consultation may be required to confirm method, color match, and hair quantity. Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit due at booking (applies to service total). Payment methods: Card, Cash, Zelle. No personal checks. Hair purchase: If hair is purchased through Aly Babe Hair Extensions, full payment for hair is due at order time and is non-refundable once opened/installed. Unopened hair may be eligible for exchange within 7 days. Arrival: Please arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair (no oils/creams). Extra detangling or cleansing may incur a $20–$40 prep fee. Late arrivals: 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, appointment may be shortened; 15+ minutes may result in automatic reschedule + fee (see below). Minors: Parent/guardian must be present to consent. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy 48-Hour Window: Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours before your appointment to avoid fees (deposit remains non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new date within 30 days). Late Cancel (inside 48 hours): Deposit is forfeited + a $35 late-change fee may apply. Same-Day Cancel/No-Show: Charged 50% of the service total (plus loss of deposit). Future bookings require prepayment. Late Arrival (15+ minutes): May be marked as a same-day cancel if we cannot complete the service. Stylist Delay/Force Majeure: If Aly Babe must reschedule (illness, emergencies, weather), deposit transfers without penalty. Waitlist Policy How it works: If your preferred time is booked, add yourself to the Waitlist for that day/service. You’ll get an SMS/email if a spot opens. First-come, first-served: Openings are offered to the waitlist in the order received. You’ll have 60 minutes to confirm before the spot is offered to the next guest. Deposit to claim: A valid card on file and the standard $50 deposit are required to secure a released time. Flex helps: Select “I’m flexible within 2 hours” to increase your chances of getting in.
