Delayed Shipping
Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days. In some cases, certain items may require additional processing time. If your order is expected to exceed the standard delivery window, a member of our team will contact you with an update.

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, if your order exceeds the 15-business-day delivery timeframe, we will provide a complimentary gift card toward a future purchase, subject to order verification and shipping review..
